  • Prepare and serve super great food, always, without a doubt.
  • Use fresh, delicious, sensible ingredients (local whenever possible).
  • Be bold, push the envelope and stretch culinary boundaries for the sake of taste. Rules are sometimes meant to be broken.
  • Be friendly. No jerks allowed, not on our team.
  • Pay attention. Focus on the details so our clients don’t have to (let them relax and let loose; it’s their event).
  • Hunt for solutions. Sherlock never lazily said, “Gee I just don’t know.” Work on behalf of our clients to help their wishes and dreams happen.
  • Be personable. Interact with the guests. If our clients wanted someone stiff and stodgy, they could have hired the guy on the Quaker Oats box.
  • Aim to leave every event knowing we did everything we could to help make it memorable.
  • Always be learning. Always be curious. If knowledge is power, then look out—we’ll have power and sharp knives.
